Bottle Delivery part:

   Bottles are delivered by product conveyor: It is composed of thermoplastic material chain plate with low friction coefficient.

   Detection part:Inverted/missing bottle detection at bottle inlet part.

Packing part:

   Bottle dividing device: Bottles are divided by pneumatic device.

   Bottle falling device: Bottles falling is controled by pneumatic device.

   Carton falling device: Carton box falling is controlled by servo system.

   Box conveying system:Servo motor is used to drive the chain transport box.

   Carton bonding device: Adopt imported hot melt glue machine to spray glue and pneumatic pressure combination.

Paper feeder part:

   Paper suction device: It uses vacuum suction board imported from Germany.

   Paper feeding device: Pneumatic push combined with motor transport (with anti-rebound device).
