SME-2200 PCB Fixture Tooling Cleaning Machine Description:
SME-2200 is an off-line, compact, energy-saving and environmental
protection, batch cleaning SMT Squeegee and mis print PCB cleaning
machine. SME-2200 can automatically complete the cleaning, rinsing,
drying process in one chamber by just push” start” key.
SME-2200 squeegee cleaning machine can effectively clean solder
paste and other organic and inorganic residuals on it. SME-2200
also can be used to clean mis print PCB and PCBA.
SME-2200 PCB Fixture Tooling Cleaning Machine Features:
1.Special designed to clean solder paste ,flux and other organic
and inorganic contaminations on Squeegees or mis print PCB.
2.Clean,rinse,dry process, thoroughly clean, standby and ready to
use at any time.
3.2-layers cleaning basket: 610mm(L) ×560mm(W) × 100mm(H) x2
layers.
4.State of the process is visible through a large observation
window.
5.Clean detergent heat system heat cleaning detergent to a certain
temp, raise cleaning efficiency and reduce clean time.
6.Easy operation interface, quick setting clean parameters.
Different passwords can be set.
7.Inner filter makes detergent used repeated. Real-time measure DI
water resistivity and monitoring cleaning effect. Resistivity range
is 0~18 MΩ.
8.The remaining detergent in the pump and pipes are blown off by
compressed air and flow back to cleaning tank. This function saves
detergent up to 50%.
9.Totally SUS304 structure, very firm and attractive.
10.Connect with DI water machine to clean high requirement
products.
