Working experience:All our service members have more than 6-year experience working in the building materials fields.They know the market quite well and always can find the right suppliers efficiently.Since recently years we serve clients coming from all around the world such as America,Brazil,Venezuela,Dubai,Russia,Sudan,South Africa,Western Africa Albania and so on,we win great praises and use as motivation to keep progressive.

Location:Our company is located in Foshan city,Guangdong,where there are many industrial clusters around such as tiles,sanitary wares,windows,doors,furniture,bedding,light ,curtain markets and so on.Those markets are close to each other,normally not more than 30 minutes by car.Moreover,it takes about 40 minutes from our company to Guangzhou Baiyun airport and South station,it is quite easy for us to find the good suppliers.Surely it is also convenient for you to travel different cities when you come to Foshan.

Low service charge:We are looking forward long-term cooperation.Our original intention is to help small and medium business developing,therefore,keeping good quality service,we offer the reasonable service charge as low as 2%.

Third party cooperation:since we export for years,we are supported by many third parties such as shipping companies(MSK WH EMC COSCO PIL MSC APL OOCL CMA etc.),trailer companies,express companies and so on.Comparing with whom don’t cooperate with them long time,those third party companies offer us better price and intimate service.As a result,we can offer lower delivery charge for you.

3. What kind suppliers your company contacted? All factories?

It depends on the products you require.
If your quantity can reach factories’ MOQ,we surely choose factories as priority.
If your quantity is less than factories’ MOQ,we will negotiate with factories to accept your quantity.
If factories can’t reduce,we will contact with some big wholesalers who with good price and quantity.

4. Is there any MOQ when placing orders from you?

It depends.
If the factories have enough stocks,we can accept your quantity;
If no enough stocks,factories would ask MOQ for new production.
Sometimes we can also add the orders to factories’ big clients’,they can arrange producing together.In this situation,small quantity is acceptable.

5.If I buy for my home use,how can I do?

No matter for selling or home use,we care about your demands.
Just moving your fingers to send us email,we will manage the goods to your country.

6. How do you search suppliers for our orders?

Normally we will give preference to those suppliers who cooperate well before cause they are tested to offer good quality and price.
For those products we don’t purchase before,we do as below.
Firstly,we find out the industrial clusters of your products,like lace fabric in Guangzhou,toys in Shantou,electronic products in Shenzhen,Christmas products in Yiwu.
Secondly,we search the right factories or big wholesalers depending on your requirement and quantity.
Thirdly,we ask quotation and samples for checking.Samples can be delivered to you request(sample fee and express charge is paid by your side)
We offer sea shipping which could be suitable for full container or less than one container load.Air cargo is also available(good choice for valuable but small volume products).

For the sea shipping we have below 3 terms:

EXW (Ex Works) Your forwarder need to pick up cargoes in our warehouse and arrange delivery to your assigned place.
FOB (Free on Board) You need to pay FOB shipping fee, which covers all cost to forward and load cargoes on board.
CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) You pay for CIF shipping fee, which covers all cost to forward the port of your destination.

Suppliers in the B2B platforms may be factories,trading companies,second or even third part middlemen.There are hundreds of price for the same product and it is very hard to judge who they are by checking their website.
Actually,those clients who purchased from China before may know,there is no lowest but lower price in China.Without taking quality and service into consideration,we can always find a lower price when keep searching.However,as our past experience sourcing for our clients,they focus on good cost performance rather than lowest price.
We keep the promise that quoted price is same as the supplier’s and no any other hidden charge.As a matter of fact,our price is middle level comparing with the B2B platform suppliers’,but we offer you a easier way to buy goods from different suppliers who maybe located in different cities.This is what the B2B platform suppliers’ can’t do cause they normally only focus on one field products.For example,those who sells tiles may not know the lighting market well,or who sells sanitary wares may not know where to find a good supplier for toys.Even they can quote you price for what they find,normally they still find from Alibaba or Made in China Platforms.

9. If I already buy from China,can you help me to export?

Yes!
After your purchasing by yourself,if you worry about the supplier can’t do as you require,we can be your assistant to push production,check quality,arrange loading,exportation,customs declaration and after-sales service.
The service fee is negotiable.

10. If the delivery charge is higher than the goods’value,how I can do?

Some customers may face an embarrassing question that the delivery charge is higher than the value of goods.How can you do?Here we offer two suggestions.
Firstly,purchasing more items instead of small quantity.Since our company help source many kinds of goods,you can ask your friends or others to share the delivery charge if they have plan to buy things from China.
Secondly,if the quantity is small and you really can’t find someone to share charge with you,we suggest you to buy in your domestic market.After all,the domestic price may be less than what you pay for buying from China cause the retailers import big quantity one time.

11. Do you help to consolidate all orders?

Yes, we can help you consolidate goods from all your suppliers and load into the same containers. We have the most professional loading teams who know how to load containers well to avoid damage and save container space.

12. Shall I buy from your appointed suppliers if I come to China?

We won’t specify which suppliers you need to buy from. You can choose any suppliers in the shopping malls and factories. However, if you don’t have some good suppliers on hand, we can suggest to you for reference. Moreover, we will let you know which suppliers are good, which are bad if we cooperated with them before.

13. Do the markets open on Saturday and Sunday?

Yes, normally shopping malls and centers are open on Saturday and Sunday all the year round. Only close during Chinese New Year. They open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
If you plan to visit the factories directly, they normally don’t work on Sunday and some national legal days. You need to book their time before visiting if coming on those days.

14. How can I pay to the suppliers when buying products? Can I use USD cash or cards?

Both USD and RMB cash are accepted for the Chinese suppliers. But cards are only suitable for some big shopping centers.

15. How many days do I need to visit if buying building materials from Foshan and Guangzhou?

If you buy for wholesale,7days will be great because you can visit more suppliers for comparison.
If you buy for home use or projects,4 to 5 days are ok. Some customers like shopping for some bags, clothes, and shoes as gifts for their families and friends after procurement. Then one or two more days will be perfect.

16. When is the good time for me coming to China?

Normally it takes 30 or more days for production. Plus the shipping time,we suggest reserving at least 3 months waiting for the products to your home or warehouse.
Before coming to China, it will be better to ask us whether the schedule is ok in case any holidays.
There are two long vacations in China which are not good to come.
Chinese New Year
It does not come on a certain date but usually comes by the end of January or beginning of February. Many shopping malls are close about 2 weeks. For most factories, the workers have about one-month vacation because they come back to hometown. That means you have to wait a longer time for production. It is not a good idea coming to China during this period.
Chinese National Holiday
From 1st to 7th October are Chinese National Holiday. Though the shipping malls are open, many other companies don’t work during this period. People are off and go out to travel. Without a doubt, the traffic is not good while the hotel is more expensive.
Besides the above two big vocations, there are still small vocations such as Mid Autumn Day Festival, Labour Day, Tomb Sweeping Day and so on. Most people used to have 2~3 days off but markets & shops are still open. It is not a very big problem for a business visit.
