This product is a digital instant read thermometer, which allows
the user to know the internal temperature of food instantly during
cooking. It builds in the most common 7 meat types with their
recommended cooking temperatures; a USER-set option allows users to
set their own desired cooking temperature. When detected
temperature reaches the alarm or preset temperature, the unit will
alert the user.

Usage 1. Clean the thermometer with a clean cloth 2. Insert the stainless steel probe (at least 1.5") into the wine 3. For accurate temperature reading, wait until the pointer stops moving on dial 5 to 10 seconds 4. Clean the thermometer with a clean cloth or wash in dishwasher after use
