G type impact device,G probe of Leeb hardness tester with impacting energy 90mJ

Please notice the cable connector for the tester side have 3 pin and 4 pin.

3 pin is for European type like Proceq 2.

4 pin is for most Chinese tester

Features:

Impact device G Enlarged test tip, increased impact energy (approx. 9 times that of type D). Low demands on measuring surface finish.
For measurements in the Brinell range only (max. 650 HB)
Application: Solid components e.g. heavy castings and forings

work principle:Its basic principle is that an impact body with a certain mass impacts the sample surface under a certain test force.
