Product Description

Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 3536 Determination of Flash Point and Fire of Petroleum Products Cleveland Open Cup Method, ASTM D92 and ISO 2592 standards of the American Society for Materials. It is suitable to determine Cleveland open cup flash point and fire point of petroleum products, except fuel oils and petroleum products with open flash point lower than 79 ℃.

Main Technical Features

1.This Open Cup Flash Point Tester adopts an 8-inch IPS high-definition capacitive screen, a 32-bit ARM processor, and a 24 bit high-precision AD chip to record experimental data and state parameters in real time and display curves.

2. It can automatically measure atmospheric pressure and automatically correct flash point value.

3. It is equipped with Bluetooth interface to connect the computer or mobile APP wirelessly for data collection and analysis.

4. Ignition mode: electronic ignition, gas flame.

5. It adjusts the flame size with high-precision control valve.

6. Modular design, strong universality and high reliability

7. It is equipped with micro printer

8. Data is stored in the cloud and never lost. Records can be viewed anytime and anywhere. Remote prediction, exception warning, comprehensive evaluation and maintenance of operation status can be performed.
