Introduction:
This Ferrous Wear Debris Monintoris mainly used for rapid
quantitative analysis of ferromagnetic wear particles in oil and
measuring the PQ index in oil samples.
PQ index is a dimensionless quantitative number with a good linear
relationship with the content of ferromagnetic wear particles in
the sample and the size of the wear particles. Since the PQ index
is more sensitive to large size ferromagnetic abrasive particles, it is often used in combining with elemental analysis to improve the fault detection rate.
Each operation option is displayed in the display through a 5.6 inch touching screen interface. The user can select the applicable test method and
name the measurement data through the detailed settings, or quickly
test the oil through the default settings. The results will be
displayed in real time during the measurement.
The oil samples recommended to put into the oil sample bottle to do measurment. the instrument is equipped with a 4.5ml oil sample bottle and
the matching the conversion ring.
