Standard Test Method for Kinematic Viscosity of Transparent and
Opaque Liquids. It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newtonian fluids) by measuring the time for a volume of liquid to flow under gravity through a calibrated glass capillary viscometer at a constant temperature. Principle:Under certain constant temperature,measure flow time of liquid with specified volume through one calibrated glass capillary,multiplication of capillary constant and flow time is the kinematic viscosity of this liquid under that temperature. I. Main technical features 1.The heating bath is made of glass,which is easy to observe. 2.This Kinematic Viscosity Tester uses integrated structure,easy operation. 3.Two layers bath preserve heat effectively,inner bath Φ300×300mm. 4.4 samples can be tested simultaneously as parallel test. 5.Big power solid relay controls output,no voltage leakage. 6.There is stirrer above electronic heating bath. 7.Kinematic Viscosity Tester uses stainless steel heater. 8.The temperature controller displays heating status. 9.It's made by cold-rolled sheet,surface treated by Electrostatic spraying.It's corrosion resisting and easy to clean. 10.This Kinematic Viscosity Tester has safety device can prevent over-heat and low liquid level. 11.It's very convenient to contact control box. 12.Micro-computer controller,PID function,digitally display temperature(continuously display during test),accuracy 0.1ºC,Pt100 temperature sensor.
