The TFOUT Tester adopts a full-automatic control system. The
operator can automatically test and print the results as long as
the sample is put into the instrument. The whole process does not
require manual conduct.
Feature 1.The TFOUT Oxidation Bath is controlled by a microcomputer and can
perform two sets of tests simultaneously. The entire test process
and printing of measurement data are automatically carried out; 2.Large screen display, hyperbolic screen display, the entire experimental process is clear at a glance; 3.The instrument has automatic pressurization and leak detection functions, greatly saving the workload of operators; 4.The Oxidatation Stability Test Set is equipped with a self measuring pressure recorder, it can perform automatic manual comparison tests; 5.The tester control department adopts imported components to ensure the reliability of the instrument; 6.The oxidadtion stability test kit has the function of displaying test failures and fault alarms, making it easy to diagnose faults; 7.Imported conductive slip rings facilitate the disassembly of oxygen bombs and prevent leakage; 8.The TFOUT instrument is equipped with four sets of stirring motors, two sets of stirring oil bath temperature, and two sets of oxygen bomb rotators, ensuring the uniformity of the test temperature; 9.The TFOUT analyzer is equipped with an oil fume treatment system to reduce the risk of injury to staff; 10. Imported quick connectors for easy disassembly of oxygen bombs without leakage; 11. Single chip microcomputer temperature control system with high precision and temperature resolution to three decimal places; 12. The instrument is equipped with an automatic protection function. When the temperature exceeds the upper limit temperature, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the source; 13. The constant temperature bath has been changed to an advanced "V" structure, with fast and uniform heating speed; 14.
