Pasted Valve Multiwall Paper Bags are filled through an opening located in the top corner of the bag. Product is pumped or forced into the bag via air pressure, impeller, or auger. When the bag is discharged from the packing equipment, forces generated by the product inside the bag allow the valve opening to self-seal. Multi wall valve bags is the ideal bag wherever high-speed filling processes are used. Filling performance and protection properties can be optimised according to the customer’s needs.

All bags can be printed with 1-7 colors by flexo print.

High-speed filling: Valve bags are designed for quick air venting and high filling speed.
Optimal palletisation: Valve bags help ensure optimally shaped pallets, due to sturdy bag constructions.

Flexible sealing options: Heat sealed,ultrasonic,self-closing by the pressure of the product, closed by sticking down/tucking in.

Special surface treatment can be applied to improve frictional characteristics.
