Main application

Based on ZP27 Rotary tablet press machine, our factory improved it into ZPW23. This machine is mainly for pressing the tablet of double layers or three layers. It mainly used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, electronic products and food.

Features

• Machine meets GMP and made in stainless steel. The inner tablet press surface has been special treated, which could keep surface luster and avoid cross contamination.
• Equipped with transparent window which could help to observe the status of pressing tablets. Transparent window could be fully opened, easy to clean and maintain.
• Machine speed could be adjusted.
• Equipped with over-load protection apparatus. When pressure overloads, the machine will stop automatically.
• Transmitting system is sealed in the oil box under the main machine, which works separately. No pollution and easy to send out heat and resist grinding.
