Machine Characters:

1.ZP60-23 has higher pressure(600Kn), with 23pcs of mould, max diameter of tablet it can press 60mm, max thickness is 20mm. This thickness max 20mm is bigger, no rotary machines in china mainland can reach this thickness. This is our machine technology which fills the gaps in china rotary machines.

2.Machine turntable is made of one whole piece iron cast, not consisted of several separate metals. We highlight this point, because some suppliers have used several separate metals to make turntable, in order to reduce cost, which bad for machine life and safety, it will be cracked in fast rotation, dangerous. Also our turntables are wear resistant.

3.It only can press single color tablet(such as salt tablet), but also can press double color tablet (washing detergent tablets).

4.Machine is in fully closed traditional structure. Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.
