| 2.1 Dewatering mechanism: | The wet suction box combines the two functions of differential
pressure dewatering and foil box dewatering, its dewatering
capacity larger than that of the foil box, smaller than the
ordinary vacuum box, and absorbing water no air absorb (the paper
web in front of the waterline is suspended) , so it is called a wet
suction box. |
| 2.2 Dehydration characteristics: | The wet suction box is stable in dehydration, easy to adjust, and
has a high retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, which can
improve the difference between the two sides of the paper; the
length of the wire can be shortened or the concentration of the
slurry on the wire can be reduced, thereby improving the formation
of wet paper uniformity. |
| 2.3 Affecting factors: | When the opening ratio is large, the slit is narrow, and the
leading edge is sharp, the dewatering amount can be increased to
maintain the stability of the slurry on the wire, and it can cause
moderate turbulence in the slurry, which is beneficial to the
forming of the paper web. |
