Q1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
Firstly, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one operator. We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company. We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
