General introduction

1. The machine is a full-automatic, foldaway and high-speed planar mask production line.

2. It uses the whole roll to load material. It can recombine multilayer non-woven fabric, fold and embed the cross bar of the mask with the automatic tension sensing control system and automatic edge correction system.

3. After hot pressing with high temperature, round welding and cutting, it completes a mask. This machine can output masks at high speed.

Main constituent structure

1. Maximum 3 sets of the rolls for placing fabric, maximum winding diameter---Max600mm.

2. Fabric unwinding method: Actively unwind. Unwinding automatically according to the position of tension roller.

3. Welding of the cross bar: Unwinding, laying flat, fixed length conveying, cutting and welding.

The product specifications

The specifications and sizes of masks shall be provided by Party A. To ensure the size of the product, Party B is responsible for making hob and cutter according to the drawings. Party A shall provide the drawing of masks’ specification and dimension. Party B shall provide the above specifications.

1. Production efficiency: 0-700 per minute(the specific capacity depends on the operator)

2. Scope of masks: 170mm-175mm long, 95mm wide

3. The symmetry of folding: +/-1mm
