Machine Description

The machine is stable, efficient, safe and dutable, because we scientifically designed the machine with our 25 years technical experience , as well as using the good-quality imported components. 

This machine is used to manufacture KN95 face mask, with the functions of automatic forming through coil feeding, automatic feeding, cut off of nose bridge strips and coils, cut off edges of the mask, folding and flattening, ultrasonic welding fusion, molding, automated ultrasonic welding ears belts.

Machine Application

This machine is suitable for the production of KN95 face mask composed of 4-5 layers of non-woven fabric :

1. Inner layer is ordinary non-woven fabric.

2. Middle filter layer (1 or 2 layers) is treated polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric.

3. Outer layer is water-repellent non-woven fabric, which is mainly used to isolate people’s saliva droplets.

4. Other layer of fabric is hot air cotton.

Machine Warranty

The warranty on the machine is 12 months from the date of the final acceptance protocol. 12 months warranty on parts, components and workmanship. If any parts or components, except the consumables, prove to be unserviceable due to defective material or poor workmanship under proper usage, we will replace it free of charge, inclusive of freight, provided that the buyer notifies seller immediately. It is in Seller’s discretion that it may ask the Buyer send the defective material back for manufacturer’s inspection.
