Grade 5 Titanium Wire is alloyed with 6 % Aluminum and 4 % Vanadium. Features of Titanium Grade 5 Wire and its applications are used in in different fields, from motor sport to aerospace, naval and industrial. In the majority of these and other engineering applications, Titanium Grade 5 Coil Wire has replaced heavier, less serviceable or less cost effective materials. Titanium Grade 5 Wire is the common high strength, light weight alloy used for different applications. Like most titanium alloys, Titanium Grade 5 Electrode has outstanding resistance to corrosion in most natural and many industrial process environments. Grade 5 Titanium Wire is alloyed with aluminum, manganese, iron, molybdenum and other metals to increase strength, to withstand high temperatures, and to lighten the resultant alloy. Grade 5 Titanium Coil Wire is often used in pressure vessels; rocket engine cases; helicopter rotor hubs; fasteners; critical forgings requiring high strength-to-weight ratios. Grade 5 Titanium Welding Wire is an aerospace alloy that will have ultimate tensile strength at and above 120,000 psi, where it further accounts for 50 percent of total titanium usage the world over. The high cost of Grade 5 Titanium limit their use to military applications, aircraft, spacecraft, medical devices, highly stressed components such as connecting rods on expensive sports cars and some premium sports equipment and consumer electronics.

pallet packaging to ensure safe packaging and prompt delivery of
the ordered consignment. Grade 5 Titanium Wire come with imprints
relevant to the job information (eg, heat number, size, material
and part number). This information is also printed along all
delivered Wire. Titanium Gr.5 ASTM B863 Wire packing will be
according to international standard in bundles strapped by strips
then into containers to avoid any damage. Titanium Wire is slivery metal with excellent properties. Density is 4.54g/cm³ lighter than Steel.
