High-Efficiency Starch Desander for Precision Impurity Separation 1. Work principle: This desander adopts the centrifugal separation principle to
separate and discharge sand particles and various impurities. Its
eccentric feed pipe guides the slurry to form a downward spiral
flow; the flow shifts to an upward direction at the conical section
before final discharge. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and gravity,
impurities gradually settle into the bottom slag collection hopper.
The built-in anti-backflow components prevent separated
contaminants from re-entering the system, and accumulated sediment
can be fully flushed out by operating the manual on-off valve. 2.
