Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber Eco-Friendly Polyester Fiber for Nonwoven Fabric Production

1 .  Introduce

This material is produced by conjugate spinning of common polyester and modified low-melting polyester. During heat processing, the low melting components of it are melted and adhered, enabling it to be used for adhesion purposes. It is environmentally friendly due to its low-temperature adhesion property (around 110℃). Moreover, it exhibits an outstanding capacity to maintain a specific form after being combined with other materials.

Low Melting Point Polyester (LMPET) and Regenerated Polyester (RPET) Composite Staple Fiber (FZ/T52052-2018). This product has achieved ISO 9001 quality management system certification, green fiber label certification, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification for eco-friendly textiles, and Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certification for global recycling standards, among others.
