treatment after profile extruded, including the profiles’ cooling,
conveying, pulling, straightening, gauging and cutting. Our company
adopt heat resistant felt belt and felt roller to convey, it can
effectively avoid the profiles’ secondary scraped and distorted,
improve the product pass rate.
This equipment consists of initial lead table, roller sleeve up-down conveyer (adjustable speed), run-out transfer table (belt type), cooling table (belt type),stretcher, stretcher transfer table(belt type),batching table(belt type), saw transfer table (roller sleeve type), product saw table, length gauge table, automatic control system.
It is used for550Ton-1800Ton aluminum extrusion press. Products are not easily broken because it is conveyed by high temperature resistance felt belt |
