The jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders, and then inter-folded into inter-overlapped rectangular facial tissue sheets. This machine adopts independent servo motor drive, automatic sipped, electrostatic treatment, security system, automatic cutting and stop, automatic tension adjustment, base paper power struggle, automatic marking functions. It has the features of high speed, nice folding and easy operation.

Function and Features:

1. Each unit is driven by an independent servo, which can adapt to different base paper expansion ratios.

2. The whole machine is a wall plate rack structure, and the machine runs fast and has excellent stability.

3. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading on the paper return shelf, flexible speed adjustment, and can automatically adjust different paper tension

4. Equipped with Roots type vacuum pump for large inspiratory capacity and stable running of the machine.

5. Insertion point counting, simple and practical.

6. Equipped with steel to steel edge embossing device to keep the double plies together.

7. The machine would stop when the paper got broken to avoid waste caused by no paper or broken paper.
