Product Description
TDG series bucket elevator is a new-generation product developed by our company through the combination of learning from new foreign technology and domestic production and using practice. It is suitable for the vertical hoisting of dry, bulk, powdery materials or materials of small granule. It is widely used in the hoisting system of bulk materials in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, food, electric power and other industries. In terms of kiln feeding into kiln tail, raw material into the homogenization silo, and cement putting in storage in the new dry process cement plant, it is an ideal piece of alternative equipment for foreign products of the same specification.
Main Parameters
Sh: Deep bucket: Used for conveying dry, loose, easily thrown powder or small pieces of materials, such as cement, coal, gravel, grain, etc. Zh: Medium-deep bucket: Used for conveying wet and viscous materials, such as sugar, wet fine sand, crushed coal, fertilizer, etc.

1. Bucket Elevator has characteristics of large transport capacity, high elevation, stable operation and long working life. 2. The machine is applicable for conveying the powder, grain and small block materials, such as coal, cement, block, sand, clay and ore. 3. Bucket Elevator is allowed to convey materials with high temperature(250°c) when armed with special chain structure, and the elevating height can reach 40m. 4. It has vast range of application with almost no limitation for lifting material forms and properties. Materials like power, grain or big lump could be all applicable .Also its good sealing condition could effectively reduces the environmental pollution. 5. Excellent running reliability. Advanced design and processing method ensure the running reliability of the complete machine. 6. Long service life.
