SH6536 Automatic Distillation Range Boiling Range Tester The SH6536 fully automatic boiling range analyzer adopts a color LCD display screen, Chinese menu human-machine dialogue, guided operation, and fully automated measurement process. Complies with the national standard GB/T6536 "Determination of Distillation of Petroleum Products" and GB/T6536, ASTM D86 standards GB/T7534-2004 for determination of boiling range of volatile organic liquids for industrial use, GB338-2004 chemical raw material standard for determination of industrial methanol, as well as YB/T 2303-2012 for determination of distillation range of heavy benzene, YB/T5022-2016 for crude benzene, and GB/T 3146.1-2010 for determination of distillation range of industrial aromatic hydrocarbons and related materials. Adopting embedded computers, imported industrial control computers, large LCD touch screens, friendly human-machine dialogue interfaces, and convenient experimental operations. By using single-chip microcomputer and intelligent control technology, the heating and cooling of the distillation experiment process, the tracking of distillate liquid level, the control of distillation rate, the control of recovered liquid volume, temperature recording, and the printing of test results are all automatically completed. Performance characteristics and parameters
lLiquid level tracking: The system consists of a high-precision stepper American linear motor and an imported photoelectric tracker. lAutomatic completion: heating and cooling of the distillation test process, tracking of distillate liquid level, distillation rate control, volume control of recovered liquid, temperature recording, printing of test results, etc., all completed automatically. lDistillation electric furnace: Heating is automatically controlled to control the flow rate of the sample from the initial boiling point to 95%, within 4-5ml per minute. lData judgment: It can provide initial and final distillation point temperature values, as well as temperature and flow rate values for each percentage point. lAtmospheric pressure: Automatically detects local atmospheric pressure and corrects it to the temperature at standard atmospheric pressure. lTest conditions: You can choose to stop the test according to steam temperature or recovery volume. lExperimental results: Store, query, and print the experimental results, and the data can be output through a USB flash drive. lCooling medium: internal circulation for cooling, and the coolant should be checked and added once every 3 years. lAutomatic detection of measuring cylinder and guide vane function. lVolume measurement: liquid level tracking system, mainly composed of stepping motor and Optical fiber liquid level sensor, with motor stepping 0.01ml each time. lFire extinguishing system: equipped with a fire extinguishing device, which can be manually extinguished with nitrogen gas in case of fire to prevent safety accidents caused by the explosion of heated distillation flasks (nitrogen bottles need to be provided by the customer). lOvertemperature protection: If the heating temperature exceeds the set safe temperature, the instrument will automatically stop the experiment and blow air to dissipate heat. lAutomatic detection: Automatically detect and display the temperature and flow rate time at every 5% volume point. lStop method: Multiple automatic stop methods can be selected, such as automatic stop of final distillation point, set to stop when reaching the specified temperature, and set to stop when reaching the specified volume. ★ Remote upgrade: With TCP network transmission function, software remote upgrade can be performed later (optional). ★ Data sharing: can be accessed into the LIMS system of the group company (optional).
