SH0545 Automatic Crude Oil Wax Precipitation Point Tester The SH0545 automatic crude oil wax precipitation point tester is a touch screen type that can perform tests such as glass transition temperature, phase transition, melting and enthalpy, product stability, solidification, specific heat, oxidation induction period, etc. Wax precipitation point The temperature at which wax crystals first precipitate from the crude oil liquid system, which corresponds to the initial temperature at which the sample curve deviates from the baseline and forms an exothermic peak, is represented by Tc. Heat the crude oil sample above the wax precipitation point temperature, then cool it down at a certain rate. Record the differential heat flux between the sample and the reference material at each temperature point, and plot the wax precipitation curve of the crude oil with the differential heat flux as the vertical axis and temperature as the horizontal axis.
