SH126C Coolant foam tendency tester The SH126C engine coolant foam tendency tester is designed according to the requirements of the petrochemical industry standard of the People's Republic of China SH/T0066 Determination of Engine Cooling foam Tendency (Glassware Method), and is applicable to the determination of diluted or concentrated engine coolant foam according to the determination method of SH/T0066 standard. The instrument consists of a glass bath, an electric control box, an electric heater, an intelligent digital temperature controller, a single-chip timer, two 500ml heat-resistant glass measuring cylinders, two gas flow meters, and two sets of gas diffusion heads. Instrument structure and technical conditions comply with standard requirements ASTM D1881 Principle: dilute the sample with distilled water, ventilate for 5 minutes with constant flow of air at 88 ± 1 ℃, and measure its foam volume and foam disappearance time. The index requirements are: the volume of foam is not more than 150ml, and the disappearance time of foam is not more than 5s. Technical Parameter
