The SH120 automatic four ball machine grease abrasion resistance tester is mainly used to assess the bearing capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressure in the form of Sliding friction. This includes three indicators: maximum non jamming load Pb, sintering load Pd, and comprehensive wear value ZMZ. In practical applications, different evaluation indicators can be selected based on different uses of lubricants. The four ball friction testing machine can also perform long-term wear resistance tests on lubricants, measure friction coefficients, and record friction and temperature curves.

Special attachments can also be used to conduct simulation tests on end face friction and materials. The design principle of this machine is based on the loading stability of the lever four ball machine, combined with the loading characteristics of the servo valve. Through the servo motor, air spring, and closed-loop control software, it achieves automatic zero clearing, automatic loading, automatic holding, automatic testing, automatic unloading, automatic measurement of the wear spot diameter and taking photos.
