Applications:

Temporarily relieves pain and swelling due to tattooing , permanent makeup or other pain Senstive Porcedure .

Specifications:

it can be used before procedure, don't need skin broken. it will help relieve pain, swelling and bleeding from procedures that repeatedly penetrate the skin.
Don’t use during procedure, after skin has been broken.because Epinephrine make the skin to blacken and Hemostatic effect is very good.
best applied with a cotton tip applicator.
not appropriate for eyeliner as it may drip into the eye.try a gel/cream instead.
