Screening Type Double-toothed Roll CrusherThe classified double-toothed roll crusher is a new type of classified crusher developed by our company based on imported similar product technology. It is completely different from traditional roll crushers that crush materials through compression and breaking, but instead uses a combination of shearing and stretching forces to achieve material crushing. The classified double-toothed roll crusher is equipped with two horizontally installed and parallel toothed rollers in the crushing chamber. The surface of the toothed drum has broken teeth. The toothed rollers are rotated by the transmission device (single motor drive or dual motor drive), finally applying shearing and stretching forces to the materials, causing them to break. When a larger crushing ratio is required, adjustable crushing bars can be installed below the two rollers of the stepped double-toothed roll crusher. When the toothed rollers hold the material, the first stage of crushing occurs, and when the material passes through the double rollers, the second stage is generated. In the third stage of crushing, the crushing bars can cooperate with the roller teeth to perform tertiary crushing on the fragments produced in the first two stages.
