The NE series plate chain bucket elevator is suitable for vertical lifting and conveying powdery, granular, small abrasive or non-abrasive materials such as coal, cement, sand, clay, ore, etc. Due to its traction mechanism being a circular two-way steel chain, it allows conveying materials at higher temperatures (material temperature not exceeding 250 ℃), and the general conveying height can reach up to 40 meters. This machine has significant advantages such as large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and long service life, and is widely used in various industries of the national economy.

Working principle

The NE series plate chain bucket elevator consists of a traction part running on the head drive sprocket and rear reversing sprocket. Driven by the driving device, the drive sprocket drives the traction components and buckets to make circular motion. Materials enter each bucket from the tail inlet. When the materials are lifted to the head, they are discharged from the outlet under the action of gravity and centrifugal force as the traction part and buckets flip over.
