PEY series hydraulic jaw crushers have protection functions. When unbreakable material is crushed, the load of the machine will suddenly increase and the machine can be automatically unloaded immediately with hydraulic protection, so it avoids impacting the body of the machine due to the sudden increase in load. It effectively solves the "steel clutch" problem of materials and is suitable for crushing metallurgical residues such as slag.

Operating principle
The material enters the crushing chamber through the feed port, and the moving jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate reciprocate and break the material, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port. Under overload, the hydraulic system realizes overload withdrawal action through the retractable elbow plate supporting cylinder to protect the body.
