Product Introduction

This series of crushers is a new generation of high-efficiency fine crushers. Its rational multi-chamber crushing chamber design and novel, convenient dual-adjustment mechanism ensure that 85% of the output particles are ≤3mm, resulting in a fine and uniform product. Convenient maintenance features facilitate replacement of hammers and screen plates. Wear parts are manufactured from new, high-quality, multi-element, high-alloy wear-resistant materials, ensuring superior wear and impact resistance for the hammers and liners. This series of crushers offers smooth, low-dust operation and low power consumption. The PCX series high-efficiency fine crushers offer the following significant advantages over conventional crushers. This equipment is suitable for materials with a compressive strength of no more than 150 MPa and a surface moisture content of no more than 10%. The ideal feed size is 20-50 mm. Working principle

After entering the machine, the material is struck head-on by the high-speed rotating hammers. After initial crushing, the material undergoes multiple impacts and rebounds within the crushing chamber, creating a "rock-on-rock" cleavage and crushing pattern. 70% to 80% of the crushing occurs through material-to-material impact.

Structural Features

• A three-chamber curved crushing chamber increases the number of impacts, resulting in hard extrusion and reduced friction, thus minimizing hammer wear.
• The gap between the impact plate and the hammer is easily adjustable, effectively controlling the discharge particle size.
• A deflectable structure prevents hammer breakage to a certain extent when encountering hard materials.
• The cover opening mechanism is hydraulically operated (optional), facilitating maintenance.
• The gap between the left liner (adjustment and side adjustment), the grate, and the hammer is adjustable. When the particle size exceeds the specified value, it can be adjusted inward using various methods.
