Apron feeder is a mechanical equipment for continuous material conveying, mainly used to continuously and evenly distribute and transfer materials to crushers, conveyors, or other working machines along horizontal or inclined directions.

Performance Characteristics

The traction chain adopts long-pitch plate-type pin-roller chain, with all chain components made of alloy steel materials. After scientific heat treatment, the chain features excellent wear resistance, high tensile strength, and long service life. The conveyor uses stamped troughs reinforced with horizontal ribs in the middle, ensuring good rigidity and high carrying capacity. The trough bottom plates are arc-shaped and lap-jointed to prevent material leakage. The drive motor uses variable speed motors, allowing adjustable operating speed for more reasonable selection of conveying capacity. Various layout forms are available, including horizontal, inclined layouts, and multiple horizontal-inclined combination layouts. The single-machine conveying length is ≤60m, and the lifting height is ≤30m. The maximum conveying inclination angle is 0-75 degrees. Material temperature should be ≤600℃.
