The structure of Metallurgy Machine
1.In the feeding section, the main purpose is to achieve quantitative feeding to ensure that the materials enter the roller room evenly. The screw feeding device is driven by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor. Through the rotation of the pulley and worm gear reducer, the material to be pressed is forcibly pushed into the main feeding port. Due to the constant torque characteristic of the electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, when the feeding amount of the screw feeder is equal to the material amount required by the main machine, a constant feeding pressure can be maintained to ensure the stability of the pellet quality. If the feeding amount is too large, the electrical overload of the feeding device will occur. If the feeding amount is too small, no balls will be formed. Therefore, proficient operation skills are an important condition to ensure the normal operation of the ball pressing. 2. Transmission part: The main transmission system is as follows: motor - triangular belt - reducer - open gear - roller. The main unit is powered by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor, which is transmitted to the driving shaft through a pulley, a cylindrical gear reducer and a pin coupling. The driving shaft and the driven shaft ensure synchronous operation through open gears. A hydraulic device is installed at the back of the passive bearing housing. The hydraulic protection device is composed of a hydraulic pump that injects high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, causing the piston to undergo axial displacement. The front connection head of the piston rod is placed on the bearing housing to meet the production pressure requirements. 3. The forming part mainly refers to the main machine part, and the core part is the roller. When too much feed or metal blocks enter between the two pressure rollers, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder will be overloaded under pressure. The hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure changes, the relief valve will open to return oil, and the piston rod will shift, increasing the gap between the pressure rollers and allowing hard objects to pass through them. The system pressure will return to normal, which can protect the pressure rollers from damage. The requirement for adjusting the pressure of the pressed ball density makes the production flexible and mobile.
