Special Bucket Elevator For Vertical Lifting Of Industrial Materials

Product Introduction

The hopper scoops up materials from the lower storage, lifts them along with the conveyor belt or chain to the top, and flips downward after bypassing the top pulley. The bucket elevator then pours the materials into the receiving tank. The transmission belt of belt-driven bucket elevators usually adopts rubber belts, which are installed on the drive pulley at the bottom or top and the redirecting pulleys at the upper and lower parts. Chain-driven bucket elevators are generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of drive sprockets at the top or bottom and a pair of redirecting sprockets at the bottom or top. Bucket elevators are usually enclosed in a casing to prevent dust from flying.

Suitable for lifting materials from low to high places, the machine automatically and continuously operates upward after materials are fed into the hopper through the vibrating table.

The main components of the bucket elevator include hoppers, driving device, top and bottom pulleys or sprockets, belt or traction chain, tensioning device, and housing.
