Scope of application
The briquette machine can press a variety of materials into
agglomerates or balls, such as laterite nickel ore, quicklime
powder, dolomite powder, magnesium oxide powder, copper
concentrate, chrome ore powder, manganese ore powder, lead-zinc
waste, bauxite, non-ferrous metal powder, refractory materials,
ceramic materials, iron-containing powder in steel plants,
converter sludge, iron oxide powder, iron sheets, etc. Its purpose
is to reduce dust, control bulk density, return utilization,
improve transportation characteristics, etc. It is mainly used in
coal, mining, metallurgy, refractory materials, chemicals, building
materials and other industries.
Principle structure
The main structure of the briquette machine consists of a
transmission system, a main frame, a reducer, a belt conveyor, a
pre-pressing device, a ball groove alignment device for the roller
sleeve, a hydraulic system and an electronic control. During
operation, the material is quantitatively and evenly added to the
pre-pressing device of the ball press machine to maintain a stable
material level in the pre-pressing device. Then, the pre-pressing
screw in the pre-pressing device forces the material into the
middle of the rollers to pre-compress the material and transport it
to the arc-shaped notch of the two rollers. The surfaces of the two
rollers are evenly distributed with roller pits of the same shape.
Through meshing transmission, the two rollers rotate at the same
speed and in opposite directions, and the material transported to
the notch is bitten into the groove and forced to be compressed. As
the rollers continue to rotate, the ball is removed under the
action of its elastic force and gravity. As the motor continuously
rotates, the rollers perform periodic rotation and pressing and
molding movements to achieve batch production.
Working Principle
The ball press is mainly used for the treatment of tailings in
minerals and for pressing powdery materials that are difficult to
mold. It is characterized by high molding pressure, adjustable main
engine speed, and a spiral feeding device.
The material is transmitted to the reducer through the belt, and
then to the driving shaft through the coupling, and then to a pair
of open gears to ensure that the two rollers are synchronized
(reverse at the same speed). The material storage bin enters the
molding hopper evenly through the quantitative equipment, so that
the unit molding pressure of the material changes from small to
large. The molding pressure reaches the maximum value at the center
line of the rollers. After the material passes the line, the
molding pressure decreases rapidly, so that the material enters the
ball-off state and is smoothly de-balled.
This machine has obvious effects on materials such as coke powder,
iron oxide, dust removal, coal slime, various metallurgical
powders, sponge iron carbon products, etc., and its effect is
extraordinary.
Mainly used for: coal powder molding; dry powder molding;
desulfurized gypsum molding; coke powder molding; iron filings and
various metal ore powder molding, etc.
