1. Introduction of concrete mixing transporter
Concrete mixing truck or mixing truck, is used to transport the
construction of ready-mixed concrete truck; Because of its
appearance, it is also often called the field snail car. The truck
is equipped with a cylindrical mixing drum to carry the mixed
concrete. The drum is kept rotating during transportation to ensure
that the concrete is not set. After transporting the concrete, the
inside of the mixing drum is usually rinsed with water to prevent
hardened concrete from taking up space.
2. Composition of concrete mixing transporter
The concrete mixing transporter is composed of an automobile
chassis and a special device for concrete mixing transport. The
second type of general chassis which is provided by manufacturers
of mixed concrete transporters in China is mainly adopted. Its
special mechanism mainly includes force extractor, stirring
cylinder before and after support, reducer, hydraulic system,
stirring cylinder, control mechanism, cleaning system, etc. The
working principle is that the power of the vehicle chassis is taken
out through the force taking device, and the variable pump of the
hydraulic system is driven, and the mechanical energy is converted
into hydraulic energy and transferred to the quantitative motor.
The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the mixing
device to stir the concrete.
