3. The working principle of the spiral chute

The divider is placed freely on the cross (or tripod) of the support table. The uniform pulp is slowly fed to the surface of the spiral groove through the feeding groove installed at the head end of the spiral groove for sorting. The end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block-type product intercepting groove, which divides the sorted products into three (or four) grades in the radial direction. The cut-off width of each product can be changed by adjusting the position of the valve block. The product gathering bucket is a concentric annular cylinder, which collects and exports the intercepted multi-head ore streams separately. The cross section of the spiral chute, the change of the slope of the curve is especially suitable for the selection of fine particle materials.
