1. Technical characteristics of the mill(ore grinding mill)

2. Basic introduction of tube mill(ore grinding mill)
The tube mill is designed to take advantage of the advantages and
disadvantages of the open-flow grinding system, and has made
significant improvements to the traditional ball mill. The output
of the machine has been greatly improved, and the powder fineness
and specific surface area have increased, realizing high yield and
high fineness, and providing a new type of grinding equipment for
the production of high-grade cement.
The Luokuang tube mill adjusts the material level of each bin with
its unique combined partition board and discharge grate board,
increases the ventilation volume, and improves the conditions
inside the mill; at the same time, it adopts a new type of lining
board, adjusts the speed of the mill, and optimizes the The gear
design and the lubrication parameters of the bearing bush are
improved, the running stability and service life of the mill are
increased, and the grinding efficiency is improved.
Under the condition that other parameters remain unchanged, the
output per unit is increased by 20%, and the power consumption per
unit product is decreased by 10-12%; in open-flow grinding, the
specific surface area of cement can reach 320m2/kg.
3. Technical characteristics of Luokuang tube mill(ore grinding
mill)
(1) Transmission form: center transmission and edge transmission
(including edge transmission in the form of multi-point meshing).
Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with slow drives.
(2) The support mode of the mill: main bearing type, double sliding
shoe type and hybrid type (one main bearing at one end and one end
sliding shoe). Bearing bushes and supporting pads are processed by
CNC machine tools. All three supports are equipped with high and
low pressure lubricating devices.
(3) Rotary part: the cylinder body is automatically welded, the
weld seam is 100% ultrasonic inspection, the cylinder body is
annealed as a whole after welding, and the welding stress is fully
eliminated; the cylinder body is processed by a large special
machine at one time, which effectively ensures the slip rings at
both ends. (main bearing) coaxiality, so that the equipment can run
smoothly.
(4) Feeding and discharging device: There are special seals with
the dynamic and static joints such as the hollow shaft or the
transmission connection to ensure that it does not leak oil or ash.
(5) System control: The entire mill system is controlled by PLC,
which can realize temperature inspection and vibration detection of
the mill support device and all bearings and lubricating oil of the
reducer, and can realize computer joint control with the central
control room.
