This ACE-V200-15L 10 Lanes Facial Tissue Machine With Full Embossing Unit Separate Motor Driven is with both full embossing unit and edge embossing unit. It is mainly used to automatically fold, emboss, cut and count facial tissue papers, soft drawing nylon pack facial tissue paper, box-drawing facial tissue papers, pop up tissue paper napkin, interleaved tissue paper, interfolded paper towel, V fold hand towels, nonwoven airlaid tissue, and MG paper napkins etc. all-in-one machine It adopts vacuum folding style. The mainly function of this machine is to manufacture commercial tissue paper products and away-from-home tissue paper products, easy-to-take one by one plain, embossed and LOGO printed and laminated interfolded dispenser napkins and V fold hand paper towels. It has 10 lanes output and can run at very high speed up to 1000 sheets per minute per lane. The jumbo roll width can be up to 2100mm. It has 4 unwinder jumbo roll stands which are driven by separate independent reduction motor, not chain and belt. It is an ideal equipment to manufacture high grade away-from-home customized embossed facial tissue paper napkin products.

F. Laminating unit

c. Heavy chrome coating roll

d. Micro-adjustment of nips between the steel roll

g. Each lamination unit controlled by an independent reducer. When the machine stops, the motor will start running to rotate the anilox roll to prevent it getting dry.

G. Printing Section (advanced design.)

1. With 2 colors flexo-graphic printer section.

2. Printing unit with driven by timing belts to make printing more precise.

3. Simple and easy adjustment of horizontal and longitudinal registration by turning hand wheel.

4. With automatic printing roller disconnection device during machine stop. If the machine stops, the roller will automatically disconnect with the printing unit, controlled by pneumatic system.

5. The printing plate roller can be adjustable or disassembled from the printing unit, much easier for the operator to attach the printing rubber plates or clean the roller.

6. Both sides of Anilox roll & Rubber roll with buffer for anti-spill cover to stop the ink spilling out of the ink tank and spraying somewhere.

7. The printer is equipped with cover on the in tank to prevent the inks spilling out of the ink tanks.
