Double deck shaker

1. It's fit with 8 panels screen in total. It helps to prevent screen premature worn.
2. Upper deck is with coarser screen to remove large and hard solids, while lower deck is with common screen to filter finer cuttings.

Dual tandem linear motion shale shaker

The dual tandem shale shaker is based on Hunter-MG4 shaker. It's a high efficiency linear motion shaker. And considering practical operation convenience, the control panels are fit at 2 sides of whole shaker to provide easy path when maintenance or repair and necessary operation requested

Dual tandem double decked shale shaker

The shale shakers are developed from Hunter-MG4 shaker. There are totally 16 panels screen. Each single set shaker is fit with 8 panels composite frame screen.On the lower panel, there are 20 mesh screens, the upper deck is fit with 60 mesh screen. Actually, clients request double decks for the better dry discharge.
Shaker screensfor this dual tandem double decked shaker are composite framed. They are interchangeable with OEM Mongoose series screen.
