Besides solids control, the shale shaker can be used to process the oil sludge or waste management. The design on-screen or deck may vary, but the main structure will be the same. Some construction industry, such as HDD, piling, and tunneling will request shaker and other equipment to process fluids. Hunter-D3 is an ideal equipment to help the user get great solid-liquid separation result

Hunter-MGD solids control shaker is easy to operate and maintain. The screen panels are convenient to install and replace. We just need to knock out the wedge block and pull the panels out of the deck, then put on the new panels to be used and put on the wedges there, knock them tight and ensure no loose. Thus screen will no move to deck or shaker basket user will get good performance.

For the shaker motors, we use famous brand Oli or Martin. Some clients request a higher configuration level. Then the motors will be Ital-Vibras imported from Italy. High-quality motors will help much on stable performance and good result.

The deck angle can be adjusted easily by just screw the nut on the jackscrew. And angle should be adjusted according to actual working conditions. For example, when we need a high flow rate we need to make a deck with a small minus angle or in parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill angle. The rotation can be clockwise or anti-clockwise

Mud flow: The figure listed on shaker specification is based on API 40 mesh shaker screens. Different mesh of shaker screen and muddy conditions will make shaker working in different mud flow and work performance. Don’t choose shaker only as it’s marked mark mud flow, you need to choose shaker based on muddy conditions and screen mesh.

G force: G force will affect shaker performance, suitable G force will help shaker get better performance. Don’t believe the higher G force, the better shaker is. Too force may break shaker deck with short shaker working life.

Shaker screen area: Drilling cuttings will be separated by a shaker screen. The screen area will affect shaker performance and mud flow. A larger shaker screen area will help shaker for higher mud flow or better separation performance.

Shaker screen performance: Mesh size correctness, effective screen area and screen quality is very important. AIPU build shaker screen as per API RP 13C regulation and tested AIPU screen with compliance test report.

Shaker deck strength: Shaker deck will be vibrating continuously. Deck strength is very important to guarantee shaker is better operational condition and longer working life. AIPU shaker deck chooses material Q345 and heat treatment for better strength.

Electrical standard: Different area may require different standard like IECEX, ATEX, UL, DGMS, etc. Before order any equipment, please confirm electrical standard.
