Benefits of Aipu solids control system
Solids Control System manufactured by Aipu have a good performance
of cold-resistent, high temperature resistance, anti-explosion,
anti-leakage, anti-corrosion, raining proof, adapt to wicked
condition of well drilling. There are intermediate pressure mud pipelines and rinsing pipelines
on the top of the tanks. Behind the tank, there is a pressure bar type clear sand door. It
is appropriate and neat to open. To use durable links between the tanks, it is convenient to set up
and dismantle, has a good scalability. Accurate positioning between tanks, and can connect rapidly. The drilling mud solids control level is high, the effect is good,
and the measurement of mud is accurate. The tanks are composed of corrugated boards of the V type. Holistic
rigidity is good and the appearance is pleasing. The surface is interpreted with sandblasting. The in-tank is
painted with intense anti-corrosion bituminous paint, and outside
of the tank is painted by the oil-proof and acid and alkali
corrosion resistant paint. Comply with the requirements of remote and installation of the

Different drilling condition and users will request different mud
system configuration. But main equipment are same. The shale
shaker, the mud cleaner or hydrocyclone separators, degasser, mud
decanter centrifuge, pumps, agitator, mud guns, and so on The difference among different configuration is flow rate. The mud
flow rate of mud pump will help to confirm mud system and equipment

Drilling fluids processing system have many flexible features. Such
as the tank volume, tank quantity, shaker and centrifuge
configuration. We can set totally 8 tanks. Including processing
tank, reserve tank, water tank, mixing tank, and so on
On the tanks, there are 2 sets shale shaker, 1 set decanter
centrifuge, totally 3 centrifutal pump and 7 sets mud
agitator . And also 1 set shear pump . Many clients prefer large mud system since the efficiency and
better performance. Besides mud tanks volume, equipment quantity
and detail configuration will impact whole mud system operation
efficiency. Our design is customized according to the customer
actual demand.
