Decanter centrifuge information 

The drilling fluid centrifuge is an important solids control equipment in the drilling platform. It separates the solid phase larger than 2μm and effectively solves the problem that the cyclone device cannot separate the ultrafine and harmful solid phase. The centrifuge can quickly restore the specific gravity of the drilling fluid and provide a reliable guarantee for efficient and scientific drilling

Decanter centrifuges also referred to decanting centrifuge or centrifuge decanter. In drilling mud process for oil & gas drilling there are middle speed centrifuge and high speed centrifuge. They can be designed as fixed frequency and variable frequency centrifuge.

Other application of Aipu decanter centrifuge

Characteristics of drilling fluid centrifuge

The straight section and the cone section of the drum are made of 2205 bidirectional stainless steel and are made by centrifugal casting.
The rest of the drum assembly is made of SS316L stainless steel.
The screw pusher is protected by a wear-resistant alloy sheet, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain and replace.
The shunting port of the screw pusher and the slag discharge port of the rotating drum are protected by an easy-to-replace wear-resistant alloy          sleeve, which delays the service life and maintenance cycle.
The convenient and adjustable height of the cofferdam can meet the discharge requirements of different working conditions. Original imported SKF bearings can improve equipment stability and bearing service life.
