Oil Well Drilling Mud Solids Control System For ZJ70

Oil well drilling mud solids control system is very important for drilling efficiency enhance and cost-save. Whole drilling mud system including the shale shaker, degasser, mud cleaner, centrifugal pump, decanter centrifuge, mud agitator, mud gun, jet mud mixer, mud tanks, and the mud gas separator. 

Drilling mud flow into the mud gas separator and then to the shale shaker. The drilling fluids after filterred by shaker screen will be sucked into vacuum degasser. Degassed mud is transferred to hydrocyclones on the mud cleaner. In hydrocyclones, normally the solids larger than 44 mcirons will be separated out of drilling fluids. The drilling mud is transferred by centrifugal pump from shaker compartment to mud cleaner inlet. Under pressure and gravity force, the drilling mud will move under centrifugal force in the cone. Then the heavier solids will be pushed to drop in Apex. Then the clean drilling fluid will be treated by further equipment for better result

We know solids control system including 4 phases. From shaker to desander, desilter, to the centrifuge decanter. The solids control system for ZJ70 requests both middle speed centrifuge and high speed centrifuge. The centrifuge can help get rid of particles ranged 2~7microns. After cleaned by centrifuge, the drilling fluids will be reserved and reused for a new circulation.

In the mud tanks, no matter for reserve or process tank there are mud agitators to make sure the proper drilling fluid property. For almost solids control system, the agitator will be the lateral type and every set agitator will be fit with the control panel. Besides mud agitator, the mud guns are another mixer to maintain drilling mud quality.

Mud tanks including the process tank, active tank, reserve tank, mixing tank, trip tank, pill tank. Between tanks, there are many different connections and lines. Such as the suction line, the discharge line, the drain port, cleaning gate and so on.
