Main components

Automatic bottle feeder + automatic cap elevator and unscrambler + bottle-in/out template + capping mechanism + rejection mechanism + electrical control (Siemens system) etc.

Key parameters

Bottle-feeding by screw rod

Huituo capping machine can realize synchronous connection with the filling machine. If the filling machine stops, the capping machine will stop. So does the acceleration. After filling, the bottle directly enters the capping machine by screw rod. There is a sensor at the bottle-in screw, no bottle, no capping and alarm when bottle-stuck.

Cap-dividing

The cap divider is customized by the cap shape and different diameters would require changeover, but only the white part in the following pic needs to be changed.

Capping by servo motor

Torque controlling-first fast then slow: closed loop control by the servo motor and program throughout the capping process. In the process of capping, the servo motor can control the capping curve movement, and realize digital capping torque control.

Capping head

Quick-release capping head will be designed for diversified production. The capping head is specially customized for more stable operation.

Different products changing

The templates are made of polymer polyethylene(PP), fully fitted to the bottle shape with smooth surface. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched; and features fast changeover, with module structure.

Bottle-fixing(suitable for cylinder bottle)

It’s easy to slip for the cylinder bottle when capping, and the bottle is soft and easy to scratch. Therefore, the bottle holder mechanism is adopted. The bottle holder is made of silica gel to prevent the bottle form from slipping and scratching.

Rejecting of unqualified products

The qualified products are normally transported, and the unqualified ones (no cap, no inner tube, tilted cap-higher than normal 2mm) will be automatically split to another conveyor by swing cylinder.
