Servo cam capping machine features

1. Not only each capping head with one servo motor to control torque, but also added servo motor on each head for cam change( electronic cam)

2. A dip-tube centring system for guiding the dip-tube into the bottle neck is included in the servo cam version.

3. The electronic cam ensures rapid pump and bottle format change over and the utmost flexibility for handling different formats of pumps and with dip-tubes having different lengths, without the need of replacing important mechanical components of the machine.

Compared with mechanical cams, electronic cams have the following advantages:

-The system can store multiple cam curves for different products. When changing production, choose it via touch screen;

- The cam curve can be modified, deleted and added in real time.

- With electronic cam, the capper has less noise and more flexible action;

- The position of the lifting shaft can be monitored in real time in the system, and real-time data can be mastered.
