1. Change capping torque via touch screen

There are two options available for capping.

Option 1 is the traditional permanent magnet clutch. There is scale in the clutch showing the capping torque, which is cost-effective.

Option 2 is the servo torque control. Each capping head is installed a servo motor, allowing torque change via touch screen.

Adjust the capping torque via touch screen (torque range 0 ~ 3.5NM);

2. Connect to the filling machine on site synchronously

Huituo capping machine can realize synchronous connection with the filling machine. If the filling machine stops, the capping machine will stop. So does the acceleration.

3. Tool-free changeover within 15 min

It uses screw rod for bottle separation, with tool-free quick-release design; no bottle, no cap, automatic alarm and shutdown; The templates are made of polymer polyethylene(PE), fully fitted to the bottle shape with smooth surface. It can not only stabilize the positioning, prevent the bottle from being scratched.

Changeover time required: 15min for 2 workers

4. Unqualified products rejection

After capping, there is a dual-conveyor with sensors; The qualified products are normally transported, and the unqualified ones (no cap, no inner tube, tilted cap-higher than normal 2mm) will be automatically split to another conveyor by swing cylinder.
