Huituo capping machine is a fully automatic capping machine after technological transformation. The machine sends the bottles to the screw rod by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is transferred to the capping machine by the bottle-in star wheel which is designed based on the bottle shape, and the cap is sent by the cap elevator, which is sorted out to the cap feeding channel in an orderly manner, and then transports them to the capping station. The tightened bottles will be sent out by the bottle-out star-wheel. This is the entire process of capping.

The capping head adopts four-wheel capping, which is stable and reliable. The capping wheel is made of wear-resistant polyurethane, which can effectively prevent the cap from being damaged during the capping process. Secondly, the permanent magnetic clutch used in the capping head can accurately control the capping torque, and it can effectively prevent the cap from falling off when the capping wheel rotates.

The screw separates the bottle and is installed the bottle entering detection, achieving no bottle and no cap. When the bottle is clogged, the machine automatically stops and alarms.

All star wheel changes are replaced as a whole. The replacement parts include the bottle-in star wheel, the bottle-out star wheel, the bottle-carry star wheel, the inlet and outlet guide plates, and the outer ring.

The clutch mechanism is installed at transmissions. When the bottle is stuck in the bottle in and out star wheel or the spindle torque is overloaded, the machine automatically stops and alarms.The variable speed transmission technology is adopted to ensure the stable and reliable transmission of the equipment, and the pneumatic clutch controls the time of the four-wheel grasping cap.

The bottle has a double conveyor belt structure and is equipped with an intelligent detection device. The qualified bottles are normally transported, and the unqualified (no cap, cap pop-up) bottles are automatically shunted to another conveyor belt by using the swinging cylinder. When the conveyor behind the capping machine is blocked by the bottle, the machine automatically pauses and the device resumes automatic operation after the problem is solved.
