SRC-8 is a fully automatic capping machine, which sends the bottles to the screw rod by the conveyor belt, and the bottle is transferred to the capping machine by the bottle-in star wheel, designed based on the bottle shape, and the bottle is held tightly to screw the cap by the rotation belt. And finally capped bottles are transferred to the screw conveyor by the star-wheel. This is the whole process of capping.

The capping head adopts a three-claw to grip cap, which is stable and reliable.

The capping cap screwing strip adopts wear-resistant polyurethane, which can effectively prevent the cap from being damaged during the capping process. Secondly, the permanent-magnet clutch used in the gripper cap can accurately control the capping torque, and can effectively prevent the cap from falling off.

The screw separates the bottle and is installed the bottle entering detection, achieving no bottle and no cap. When the bottle is clogged, the machine automatically stops and alarms.

The clutch mechanism is installed at transmissions. When the bottle is stuck in the bottle in and out star wheel or the spindle torque is overloaded, the machine automatically stops and alarms.

The bottle has a double conveyor belt structure and is equipped with an intelligent detection device. The qualified bottles are normally transported, and the unqualified (no cap) bottles are automatically shunted to another conveyor belt by using the swinging cylinder. When the conveyor behind the capping machine is blocked by the bottle, the machine automatically pauses and the device resumes automatic operation after the problem is solved.

The machine adopts electric lifting adjustment. When changing specifications, it only needs to operate in the touch screen or lift the handle to achieve height adjustment. The lifting and adding limit switch can limit the specification height.
