How to use this plate after imaging?

1. Clean all the inks on the blanket;
2. Start the press machine, apply the water roller, run 15-20seconds;
3. Apply the ink rollers 20-30 seconds;
4. Apply the paper and start print.

Plate structure

ECOO-G is double layer, and the emulsion layer will not dissolve into water, so it will not integrate into fountain solution; while the protection layer is well water-soluble, and it will be easy dissolved into the fountain solution. Kodak Sonora XP is single layer plate, and its emulsion layer is water-soluble, and can be dissolved into fountain solution.

Transpotation and storage
Packed in seal and stored by means of preventing from light/moisture, over heat and high humidity.
Could be shipped in general container, very economic.
Recommended conditions: 18ºC-24ºC, 40%-50% RH.

Some tips for your reference

1. this is thermal negative plate, so you should have thermal CTP, not UV CTP.

2. If you use this plate, no need to buy developer and processing machine.

3. we do not have convention processlesss negative CTCP plate so far.
4. ECOO-G plate will be affected by high temperature and high humidity. Recommended shipment and storage condition is 18-25 ^OC, RH 30-50%.

5. In the comparison test between ECOO-G and Sonora XP, each of them has longer run-length at same customer. It is hard to determine which one has longer run-length generally in actual production.
